Focus Areas for 2026-2027:

- Encourage Clubs to have a Service Chair
- Encourage Clubs to have a Signature Service project ie purely Service , not Fundraising
- Each District is required to focus on two Global Causes – I have chosen Vision and Environment. Engage with the Lions Eye Health program (LEHP) and the Green Canopy program
- Encourage Clubs to complete a Club Goal Statement
- Strive for 2 new Clubs and 2 new Club Branches
- Revitalise succession planning in Clubs
- Target 2.1 – Clubs to strive for a net growth of 2 members and 1 new/revitalised service project
- Strengthen Club awareness of need to financially support LMRF, ALF and LCIF
- Grow the successful “Free Trade Day” project
- Promote Club Social Media chair/Marketing roles to increase Lions brand awareness
- Strengthen collaboration and engagement among Clubs through cross-club service projects – strengthen relationships, increase service impact, increase attendance at our Zone meetings and District Convention
